Eric &Liz
What a cool couple! Their wedding was exactly the way they wanted it to be, with their own unique style and flavor!
The wedding blended modern vibes with familiar traditions, and took place at a renovated industrial space in Brooklyn, decked out to become the perfect wedding venue.
The wedding was officiated by two of the couple’s best friends, who made a big emotional impact on the gathered friends and family as they told the story of Eric & Liz’s relationship. The couple had each written personalized vows which left each of them wiping away tears by the end of the ceremony. As the ceremony drew to a close, Eric fulfilled the traditional Jewish ceremony of stomping on the wedding glass. The couple was met with roaring applause from the crowd as they exited the ceremony, played out by “She’s a Rainbow” by the Rolling Stones. As they reached the end of the aisle, they jumped and did a simultaneous fist pump to celebrate their love.
The reception was filled with wild and joyful dancing to a band made up of Eric and Liz’s friends. Heartfelt speeches from the newly joined families were told, and Eric serenaded his bride with a cover of “Woman” by John Lennon. The couple also enjoyed a special musical performance of the Temptations’ “My Girl” from the Father of the Bride and his friends. The family also participated in the traditional Hora, and had one heck of a night!
All the party guests received a handmade Japanese teacup as a special gift from the couple. Then as the night drew on, the guests moved down the block for a special after-party, featuring a rooftop bar and music from a second rock band, joined by the groom for a special performance.
What a wonderful wedding full of great music, permeating love, and wonderful people!
Wishing you all the best Eric & Liz!
